OSHA 10 Hour in Construction

The OSHA 10-Hour Construction outreach training program trains construction workers on important topics of occupational safety and health hazards. Taught by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) authorized trainer, this 10-hour training program provides instruction on OSHA standards and requirements as they apply to the construction industry and teaches safety awareness, which assists workers in recognizing and reducing the risks of the construction site, occupational and industrial hazards on the job. This safety training outreach course is required by many Federal and State jurisdictions in order to work on construction and industrial sites. Participants will receive a course completion card after finishing the program

OSHA 30 Hour in Construction

The OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Health & Safety course teaches OSHA regulations and standards as they apply to the construction industry. The course covers practices of identifying, reducing, eliminating and reporting on-site hazards. It also teaches safety awareness and assists supervisors in recognizing and reducing risks in the workplace.

This program will assist employers in training supervisors for competent person status. The training covers a variety of construction safety and health hazards which a worker may encounter at the office or construction site. OSHA recommends this training as an orientation to occupational health and safety. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention.

Asbestos Awareness

This course provides employees with the OSHA‑required awareness training needed for anyone who may encounter asbestos on the job. Participants learn how to recognize asbestos‑containing materials, understand the health risks of exposure, identify tasks that may disturb asbestos, and apply essential protective controls such as engineering methods, safe work practices, and proper PPE. The class also covers the increased cancer risk associated with smoking and asbestos exposure. OSHA requires initial training before work begins and annual refreshers to maintain compliance. This awareness‑level course does not certify workers for abatement but ensures they can work safely and responsibly around potential asbestos hazards.

Bloodborne Pathogen

This course provides the OSHA‑required training for employees who may be exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials during their work. Participants learn the basics of bloodborne pathogens, how diseases such as HIV and Hepatitis B/C are transmitted, and the universal precautions needed to prevent exposure. The class covers required topics including PPE, safe work practices, engineering controls, exposure‑incident procedures, and vaccination and post‑exposure follow‑up information. OSHA requires this training at hire, annually, and whenever job tasks change. This awareness‑level course helps employers stay compliant while ensuring workers understand how to protect themselves and others.

Respirable Crystalline Silica

This course provides the OSHA‑required awareness training for employees who may be exposed to respirable crystalline silica during construction or restoration work. Participants learn the serious health risks of silica dust including silicosis, lung cancer, and COPD along with the specific tasks that can generate hazardous exposure. The class covers required protective measures such as engineering controls, safe work practices, and proper respiratory protection. Attendees also learn the role of the designated competent person and the basics of OSHA’s medical surveillance requirements. This training helps employers maintain compliance and ensures workers understand how to stay safe around silica‑producing activities.

Hazard Communication (SDS)

This course provides the OSHA‑required training under 29 CFR 1910.1200 for employees who work with or around hazardous chemicals. Participants learn how to recognize chemical hazards, understand labeling and pictograms under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), and properly interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS). The class covers routes of exposure, safe handling practices, emergency procedures, and employer responsibilities under the written HazCom program. OSHA requires this training at hire and whenever new chemical hazards are introduced. This course helps workers stay informed, reduces risk, and ensures employers maintain compliance with federal Hazard Communication standards.
